Quench Your Skin With Green And White Tea

A cup of tea is one of the methods for a youthful and healthy skin. It’s a life changer, that is, if you pick the right tea. My favorite organic teas that work effectively are green and white. Both teas have high antioxidants that are great for anti aging. It also helps with improving skins elasticity and complexion. I make sure to drink green tea twice a day. Once I finish the box, I move on to the white tea and follow the same routine as previous. I personally feel like I need to stay consistent with one tea flavor before moving on to the next.  Stay consistent and gradually you’ll see results!
