- 1 lb cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 lb salted butter, room temperature
- 32 ounces powdered sugar
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Fit your Stand Mixer with the whisk attachment. Add cream cheese and butter, mix until creamy
Gradually add powdered sugar and increase the speed, continue mixing until thoroughly combined and creamy.
