Oatmeal Almond Crust

  • 2 cups Oatmeal Cookie Crumbs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 6 tbs butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. After prepping your springform pan, spread crumb mixture in an even layer and gently press until firm.

Convection oven:

Bake 12-15 minutes or until deep golden brown
